1password for mac immediately quitting and safari ext also no longer showing
1pw5 immediately quits after I try to launch from the dock in 10.10.5.
Safari shows the extension is installed but the icon for 1pw ext no longer shows. My iOS version still works OK.

That is certainly unexpected behavior! I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac so that we can take a closer look at your system. This won't send us any of your passwords or sensitive data (we don't want that!), it will just give us a better view of your computing environment and relevant running processes to see where things might be hitting a snag.
