Buying a new Macbook Pro. Can you transfer 1Password.

Hi,

I'm upgrading to a new Macbook Pro next week and I purchased 1Password though the app store on my current Macbook.

Will I have to purchase 1Password again or can I download 1Password from the app store again without having to pay for it again ?

Side note: 1Password is an amazing piece of software. Use it constantly daily and actually couldn't live without it. Great job :)

You will not need to buy another license, as long as you continue to use the same AppleID you used on your earlier machine. You would just click on the Purchases tab in the App Store application on your new Mac and download a fresh copy. Your current license allows you to use the software on as many devices of the same platform as you use yourself.
