Hi, my keychain is stored on google drive and changes have stopped being synched to other devices.

in 1Password 4 for Windows

Google drive is showing a red cross by the vault folder, and is showing a download error for this folder.

I have retried synching and have exited and reopened google drive.

    Hi @kerry1234,

    We don't officially support Google Drive with 1Password but that sounds like an issue with Google Drive, not 1Password.

    Have you check Google's Help area to see what you can do to fix this? This guide from Google might help if you know the error message.

    If you deleted the folder and recreate it with the same name, that might prevent it from working properly. I'd suggest moving your 1Password into a brand new folder in Google Drive to see if it will work. Something like Google Drive > Apps > 1Password and see if that'll work.
