not getting a response to email for lost password
I have been using 1Password(4) for quite some time and now it is asking for my license to get in. I am sending my email request as directed but I am not getting a response. I have checked my spam.

Is the email address in your forum account the same email you wrote to us from? I looked up both your name and email address, I found nothing in both of our email support and our store systems.
