1password just not working.

HI, I just bought 1password from the app store (macbook air, osx yosemite 10.10.3, chrome), set myself up as a new user, created my first login, downloaded the chrome extension. Tried to test drive this first login, nothing happenening.

    Thanks for becoming a 1Password customer! And we're sorry you're having some trouble getting started. We'll be happy to help you with this!

    First, how did you go about creating your first login item? There are a couple different ways to do it. Did you follow these instructions from the user guide?

    Secondly, how are you attempting to fill the login? There are also a couple different ways to do this. There's a keyboard shortcut, ⌘\, which will fill the login if you're already on the webpage. Or there's Go & Fill, which will open the page and login when you click on the item in 1Password. Which of these were you trying? Do either of them work?

    These answers will help us guide you toward perfect 1Password filling. :) Thanks in advance!
