I have a new Apple Air, with OSX10.10.5 software. I have downloaded (after paying for it) your 1 Pas
I have spent hours trying to install the first few accounts (bank, credit card, brokerage) filling in all the requested information. When I go to my checking account (for example) it takes me to the Chase bank home page and I still have to enter my password to see my account. It will not go directly to my personal account. I have deleted and restarted, entered the info manually and "sometimes" it enters itself - not sure why! No account works the way I expected....which was to enter one solid password and your software does the rest. I am way too tired to try more ways to fix. I believe I followed the directions properly!
Woild prefer to talk to someone, rather than typing all this!

@cjfrank: Sorry for the confusion! 1Password will never enter information without you telling it to. That simply wouldn't be secure at all, and could result in things being filled in places where they shouldn't — or simply at a time when you do not wish it. Better safe than sorry!
Instead, you save a Login item using the 1Password extension in your browser:
Saving a Login Manually
And then later you can either press
⌘ \
at the login page to have 1Password fill it, or select it from the extension to have 1Password take you to the URL and fill it:Using a Saved Login
I hope this helps. please let me know if you have any other questions! :)

Is there any way to talk to a person for help....it would certainly be more efficient and save us all a lot of time?

Hi @cjfrank,
As Brenty explained in your other forum discussion, we're a small team and simply don't have the means to provide inbound phone support, so we try our best to solve problems via forums or email if at all possible.
I see that you've emailed us a couple times and have received replies from a couple members of our support team. To avoid confusion, I'll close this thread and we'll keep the conversation going via email so we don't duplicate efforts between here and there. Hopefully we'll get this all worked out soon! :)
