Send email to support+licenses@agilebits.com. Include a link to this thread. Describe the details of all those purchases. When did you make them, etc. If your email address that you used to make the purchases is not the same as the one you used to register on this forum, send your message from the address you used for your buys. You'll get an automated reply that contains a support ticket number. You'll help speed things along if you post that ticket number back in this thread.

Now, there isn't any reason why you should have needed to make multiple purchases for the same platform over the course of just one year. Your Mac license is good for as long as you use the application, on as many Macs as you use yourself. The Windows license is a separate purchase, as is true for the other supported platforms as well.

I suspect, but obviously cannot tell for sure, that you never actually followed the directions you received when you bought your license to apply the license to your copy. The only reason I could think of for getting renewal reminders frequently is that you don't actually have a licensed copy installed, perhaps because the license wasn't applied. As I say, that's just a guess. Does that make any sense in your case?

    Hi @gemontana,

I think hawkmoth's theory might be correct. I searched our system for the email address from your forum account, and I see all the purchases for 1Password 5 for Mac licenses you've made this year. However, 1Password is not a subscription-based service, so there are no renewal fees. If you're seeing a “Trial Expired” notice, that means you haven't activated the app with your license file, so it's in trial mode. You already have a license for 1Password 5 for Mac, so you don't need to buy a new one, you just need to add your existing license to 1Password.

I'm very sorry for any confusion about that! To get things straightened out with your extra purchases, please send an email to support+licenses@agilebits.com (as hawkmoth suggested). If you send the email from a different address, make sure you include the email address you've been using to make those purchases. Please also include a link to this forum discussion so our support team can more easily get up to speed with the situation.

When you email us, you should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. If you post that number here, we'll be able to track down your email and make sure you receive a reply as quickly as possible. Thanks!
