Hi Admin,

Would like to check, 1Password failed to auto-save login on www.netim.com. May I know how can I deal with this website?

    Hi @R3dEyes,

    If 1Password cannot detect when you're logging into the website, you can switch to save it manually with this guide: https://support.1password.com/save-login-manually/

    Basically, it works like this:

    1. If you're creating a new Login and it didn't prompt to save, log out of the site, go back to the login page and fill in the username and for the password, click on the 1Password icon to select "Last Generated Password" to fill the password you've just generated with 1Password. Do not submit the form just yet, click on the 1Password icon to select Settings > Save New Login.
    2. If it is an existing login, fill in the data but do not submit the form. Click on the 1Password icon to select Settings > Save New Login.

    I tested netim.com and saving a Login manually worked for me. I've also filed a bug report for us to analyze the auto-save issue.
