I paid for "1Password - Password Manager and Secure Wallet, Pro Features" in June 2015 but have not gotten the full application. Kindly advice how do I download the full version. Thank you.

    Please tell us:

have not gotten the full application

At a guess, just in case you're seeing a "trial expired" message take a look at this knowledge base article:

    “Trial Expired” notice (Mac)

    Hi @Alvin_Sim,

As Stephen said, we'll likely need to know some more details about your setup and what you mean about not getting the "full application". If you're having trouble with 1Password on your Mac, it sounds like it might be in trial mode or that the trial has expired, in which case the article from Stephen's message should help to explain that (basically, you would need to activate the app with a license purchased from the AgileBits Store).

I tried searching our system for the email address associated with your forum account but couldn't find any licenses for you. If you purchased a license for 1Password for Mac from the AgileBits Store with a different email address, you can have your license resent to you from the "I've lost my license" section of this site.

Or is it possible you purchased 1Password for Mac from the Mac App Store? In that case, you'll need to reinstall the Mac App Store version of 1Password (the "Trial Expired" message only appears for the AgileBits Store version). Just launch the Mac App Store, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase, and reinstall 1Password from the Purchases section.

If you're still having trouble with that or if we misunderstood the problem, please let us know, and make sure to include the answers for Stephen's questions. Thanks!

    Hi Stephen and Drew_AG,

My OS X version is 10.10.4.

I purchased 1Password for Mac from the Mac App Store but I am still having trouble reinstalling 1Password from the Purchases section from my Apple ID. The 1Password was not seen in the "Purchased" section of the App store and I only have one Apple ID. Attached is the invoice for the purchase of 1Password.

    Thank you.

Your receipt looks to me like it came from the iTunes App Store, which would mean that it refers to a license for the iOS version. If you want a version for Mac, that is a separate purchase, either from the Mac App Store or directly from the AgileBits web store. If you want to sync via iCloud, you must get the Mac license from Apple at the Mac App Store.

    Hi @Alvin_Sim,

Thanks for the screenshot, and sorry for the confusion here. 1Password is licensed per platform, meaning that, as hawkmoth mentioned, your purchase of Pro Features for 1Password for iOS is not a license for 1Password for Mac, as they are sold separately.

However, we're running a sale right now on all versions of 1Password! Our "Work Smarter Sale" takes 30% off 1Password for Mac and Windows, so if you buy now, you'll be able to take advantage of that discount.

Also, I hope you don't mind, I have gone ahead and removed your screenshot to protect your privacy because it showed some of your personal information.
