Using 1Password MAS licence on Mac without MAS

I bought 1Password from the Mac App Store but would like to also use it on my work Mac, which doesn't allow access to the Mac App Store. Is it possible to get a licence that allows me to use 1Password on my work Mac, or would I need to buy it again?

    Hi @stephenc,

We can definitely help you out with that! Normally you can simply install the AgileBits Store version on a Mac, and if the Mac App Store has already been installed on that same Mac, the AgileBits Store version will activate itself. But in this case, since you aren't able to install the Mac App Store version on your work Mac, you'll need a separate license. If you already purchased 1Password from the Mac App Store, you won't need to buy it again - instead, please send us an email at support+licenses@agilebits.com about this, and include a copy (or screenshot) of the email receipt you received from Apple when you purchased 1Password from the Mac App Store.

Please also include a link to this forum discussion in your email. When you send the email, you should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. If you post that number here, we can track down the email to make sure you receive a reply as quickly as possible. Thanks!

Thanks @stephenc! Someone will get back to you as soon as possible with more information about that, and we'll keep the conversation going directly via email to avoid complicating things between here and there.
