My Agile Bits on my Mac desktop is gone. Sign in page gone, I need to chat with support now.
I just clicked 1Password in Launchpad and there was no logon page. No way to login. now 1Password mini in menu bar. "Keep 1PW mini in menu bar" not working. Something has gone seriously wrong with 1Password on my Mac Mini.

In order that someone can help you please supply some of the information marked Not Provided at the bottom of your post. In particular, please tell us:
- What version of 1P for Mac you are using
- What the result is when you do a Spotlight search for 1Password
- Whether you have recently rebooted your Mac

@BrianBoyd: Did you perhaps delete something recently? Often people use a 'cleaner' app and these tend to delete things we don't want them to unexpectedly at times. That's my first guess, but if you can provided some more detail we'll see what we can do to help.
However, it's important to note that AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'recover' for you to help directly. Please let me know what you find. I look forward to hearing back from you! :)
