Trouble changing sync from iCloud to Dropbox
I have new Macs at home and office, both running 10.10.5. I just discovered that my home computer is syncing to iCloud, my office computer to the agilebitskeychain file in Dropbox. I would like both to sync via Dropbox so that data is identical on both machines. In fact, I thought that was how it was all set up, so I was surprised to see that I was syncing to iCloud. When I follow the clear and simple instructions to change the home sync from iCloud to Dropbox, I get to the final box and click Continue and nothing happens. That is, I can't change the sync from iCloud to Dropbox. Suggestions?

I'd like you to email us your 1Password diagnostic report from your Mac that was syncing via iCloud, so we can understand what happened in the background when you pressed Continue to switch to Dropbox. Please use this guide to generate a diagnostic report to email to us and, in the email, also include the link to this thread along with your forum username.
Let us know here when you've sent it, so we can look for it, and confirm we got the email.
