Hi @MaxEliseev,
That means the license key you entered to upgrade does not need to be upgraded. That's why the button is greyed out, you already own that specific license.
Can you tell me why you're trying to upgrade this license that already is up to date? Are you having trouble upgrading 1Password on your computer or is 1Password saying something else when you try to register your license key?
