    I bought One Password a couple of years ago and now I am being given the message that my free trial has expired and I need to buy a license. What the....?

    Your question is different than the one in the previous discussion, so I've moved your message to a new thread. I hope you don't mind!

    I'm sorry for any confusion about the Trial Expired message you're seeing. We have information about that here: "Trial Expired" notice (Mac)

    If you have a license for 1Password 4/5 for Mac, you simply need to apply that license to the 1Password app to activate it. I found your license in our system and resent it to your email address, so you should be able to click the appropriate link in that email to automatically add your license.
