Can I sync/link/use 5 devices?
Windows at work, Mac at home, ipad mini w/retina, ipad air 2, and iphone 6. I'm willing to use the mac/windows bundle, and ios pro, and associated costs. Just don't want to jump in if this isn't possible. Which syncing platform will allow this? wifi, icloud, dropbox?

You bet, @Malone! Dropbox sync is an excellent way to sync all your 1Password data across all available platforms--Windows, Mac, iOS and even Android.
And your timing is great because this week, we're running a sale on all versions of 1Password! Our "Work Smarter Sale" takes 30% off 1Password for Mac and Windows, and 50% off Pro and Premium Features in 1Password for iOS and Android. We hope you'll be able to take advantage of this discount.
For your setup, I'd recommend the Mac + Windows bundle license from our AgileBits Store, and you can download 1Password for iOS free from the iOS App Store. If you choose to unlock Pro Features (for 50% off this week!), you'll only need to make the purchase once for all your iOS devices.
I hope this answers your question, but please let us know if there's anything else we can help you with! :)

I've got the products. But can't sync to my Mac, or other IOS devices. Not sure how to proceed.
I've got the sync done with my PC. Any suggestions on how to get things synced over my two wifis? I have the program downloaded on my Mac and the apps on my other two IOS devices.
I started a "new" account on my Mac as indicated in the start up notes. Can't find any syncing option within the program.

@Malone: Unfortunately without some basic information it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me the OS, 1Password, and device versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action.
The more information you can give, the better. For instance, are you getting some kind of error when you try to set up sync, and what method are you using? In 1Password for Mac, you can find this is Preferences > Sync, as outlined in the sync guide Vee linked. Please let me know. Thanks in advance! :)
