in 1Password 4 for Windows

I've closed and reopened 1Password with no success. I've exited and restarted.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: windows 7
Sync Type: dropbox

    @cjo: Ouch. That is really strange! It just doesn't respond at all when you try to open File > Preferences? please try reinstalling the app, as it may have simply become damaged. But if you're still having trouble after that, the best thing to do would be to generate a diagnostic report and send it to support+forums at agilebits dot com so we can look at the logs to determine exactly what is happening. Just be sure to include a link to this forum thread and your username in the email so we can 'connect the dots'. We will get to the bottom of this! :)
