Trouble installing 1Password

I bought the App in the Apple Store. Because of very slow Internet Connection, the Download was canceled. Now i can't download the App from the store again. When ich go to my Apps an klick install, the Message next to the App Icon display "waiting".

Need some detailed instructions, because i'm a Mac Newbee

    Hi @Baumi4271,

    One source I've found on downloading issues from within Apple's Mac App Store suggests a reboot might very well unstick the paused item. It's certainly worth a shot given how easy and quick it should be to test out. The other suggestion was a bit more complex, suggesting the Mac App Store's cache might need cleared. Fingers crossed a simple reboot works though.

    Another possibility might be to delete the partially downloaded copy and download a fresh one direct from within the Mac App Store.

    Please let us know if this isn't the case but if you happen to have an Apple Store nearby at all they might be more knowledgeable than us when it comes to the actual Mac App Store application. That's just a thought on the off-chance one was nearby though. Please do let us know how you get along.
