License Agreement retrieval and Software for Mac disappeared during upgrade
Hello, can anyone explain me how to get information on my license? I requested it on the application but never received. Now I accepted the automatic upgrade. I downloaded the upgrade and then i was notified of mistake and that I would have to delete the softward and reload it. What should I do without buying a new license? Thank you.

It's hard to give specific advice without knowing which version you upgraded from and to which version you upgraded too but the latest versions of 1Password 3, 4 & 5 are all available from our AgileBits Download page meaning you can download whatever one you need. If you can let us know the versions though we can guide you through the process.
