Can't Import Any Type of Password Files

I am trying to import my passwords from LastPass and I wasn't able to click 'Open'. It's not telling me the import is bad or anything, it's just not allowing me to click the 'Open' or 'Cancel'. I have to quit out of 1Password completely and reopen the application. My version was downloaded from the Mac App Store

1Password Version: 5
Extension Version: 5.3
OS Version: OS X 10.10.5
Sync Type: iCloud

    @ars265

    First, there is a bug in the Mac version of 1Password that causes the Import dialog's Cancel and OK buttons to not work - use the Escape and Enter keys, respectively, or update to a Beta version of 1Password by enabling beta releases in Preferences > Updates.

    Second, you'll find this converter will give you better results. Use the new 1.06 version in the _testing folder along with the AppleScript Helper, where you can just open your LastPass export with the helper, select LastPass, and import the resulting 1PIF file. Please be sure to see the README.

    I had tried to converter but still couldn't press the button to import. I will try this tonight.

    @ars265,

    You have to use the Enter key in that import dialog. That's the bug. Or update to the latest Beta release. See my comments about this above.

    Hi @ars265,

    As MrC mentioned, there's a bug in the current version of 1Password that prevents the Open button on the Import window from working when you click on it. I'm sorry for the inconvenience! This has been fixed in a beta, but for now, you can simply hit the Return or Enter key on your keyboard to start the import.

    I hope that helps, but let us know if you have more questions about that or need anything else! :)
