The 3rd solution not mentioned on your website: Provide customers who purchased from your web site with the version from app store! I mean why not? I am a loyal customer who has been buying 1Password and updates since before the app store existed. Why should like customers not be provided with the full-featured version offered on the App store?

There isn't a way to migrate users to Apple's Mac App Store version. Apple don't provide this functionality, nor do they have a way of offering a discount to select users like we can when we offer upgrade prices to existing customers. Unfortunately the only way to move from the AgileBits Store version to the Mac App Store one is to repurchase it. Now the only difference between the two is iCloud Sync but for some people this was very important and they were unhappy when we could no longer offer support for iCloud Sync in the AgileBits Store version due to iCloud Drive. For more on all this we do have a page titled I do not see the option to sync with iCloud in 1Password for Mac.
@J4N: It might be you're saying you have purchased the Mac App Store version and you're asking how to switch from the AgileBits Store version to the Mac App Store one.
