Hi. I bought a new Mac but my info has not synched with dropbox even though it states that it has and has stated for the past 24 hours that it has. My stored logins are not showing on my new Mac. I would attach of screenshot from my new computer but the attachment feature above this box is not working. What am I doing wrong? Please help!

Hi @Noelle,
It might sound a bit daft but can I confirm you set up 1Password on the new Mac and pointed it to Dropbox please. Dropbox needs to be set up and allowed to synchronise to each computer you use it on but separate to that is pointing a new copy of 1Password to your existing data in Dropbox too.
So assuming Dropbox is synchronised and saying it's up to date then the next part is to confirm 1Password is also looking in the right place.
Our guide for existing users starts with Using existing 1Password data on a new computer and we also have a specific page for Dropbox at Sync existing Dropbox data.
Now it might be you've done all of this and you're saying that 1Password is stating you're up to date in the Sync tab of 1Password's preferences. If Dropbox is saying it's up to date and syncing (not paused) and 1Password is saying you're up to date then we're looking at something quite different.
