Can't turn off watchtower. Unchecked it but that doesn't seem to help.

    Hi @Eric.,

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us about this! If you're seeing Watchtower alerts in 1Password even though you've disabled Watchtower, that's a known issue which our developers have fixed in a beta version of 1Password 5. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the fix should be included in the next update (although I don't know exactly when that will be available).

    Another customer who was having this issue reported that enabling and then immediately disabling Watchtower caused the alerts to go away, although they reappeared after a while. But if the alerts are bothering you, you can try doing that to see if that helps make them disappear, at least temporarily.
