Message activate iCloud but iCloud is activated
Hi.
I hope that anyonw here can help me with that.
Newest Appstore Version of 1Password will not sync with iCloud. Message is "activate iCloud" but it is fully activated and working.
I´ve already done all steps from the Knowledgebase and deactivate/reactivate icloud on my mac. In iClouddrive tab in icloudsettings i can see that the App "1password mini" is available but 1password tell me that it is not. All other apps are working fine with icloud

Hi @leckermojito,
I'm sorry you're having difficulty with iCloud sync!
To help you out with that, we'll need to know a few more details about your setup:
- What version of Mac OS X are you running?
- What exact version of the 1Password app is installed on your Mac?
- Are you using the AgileBits Store version or the Mac App Store version of 1Password?
- What other Macs or iOS devices are you syncing with 1Password (if any)?
- What version of 1Password are you using on the other Macs/iOS devices (if any)?
- Is iCloud sync working on those other Macs/iOS devices?
- Was iCloud sync working for you previously? If so, when did the problem start?
- What is the exact/full error message you get when trying to enable iCloud sync? If possible, it would be great to see a screenshot of that.
Thanks in advance!

OSX Version 10.10.5 on all Macs
1Password Version 5.3 (530029), Mac App Store on all Macs
1Password for iOS is 5.5Syncing between 2 Macs, iPad and iPhone. Only one mac has this issue, Sync between one mac, ipad and iphone is working.
Icloud syncing is working smoothly for all other services, also iCloud Drive is working without any Problems.iCloud sync was working smoothly till i temporary disabled iCloud on the mac. After re-enableing it the sync was not working.
Screenshot ( in German):I´ve already tried a lot of troubleshooting, but nothing helps. I´ve also deleted 1Password( with AppCleaner) and installed it again from the Appstore.
But to say it again: all icloud services are working on my "faulty" mac...only 1Password tells me that iCloud isn´t available. Here are the iCloud setings:

Thanks @leckermojito!
You said you've tried the steps from our knowledgebase. I'm not sure exactly which steps you found, so just in case you haven't seen this, please make sure you've followed the steps here: Troubleshooting iCloud sync issues
If you found steps in a different article, please try the steps in the above troubleshooting guide to see if that helps at all. Do any of those steps make any difference?
If you've already tried all the applicable troubleshooting steps on that page but are still getting the error on that Mac, do you remember if you had manually deleted your 1Password data from the iCloud settings in System Preferences? That has been known to cause the error message you're getting when you try to enable iCloud sync.

Ok, now i know that 1password is not syncing on both macs.
Yes, that was exactly the troubleshooting guidelines which i have already followed without any help.I´m not sure what i have done, the Problem exists a bit longer but i had no time to look after it.
It may be possible that i´ve deleted the data maunaly during my search of a sollution.Today i´ve tried the following: exportet all Entries of my vault, deleted 1Password and all folders arround in Library ( with AppCleaner), reboot, reinstall from the appstore, setup a new vault and importet my entries again. But this doesn´t help also.
On iOS i´m getting the error: Failed to fetch some record zones

Hi @leckermojito,
If you did indeed delete the 1Password iCloud data from within either System Preferences > iCloud (Mac) or Settings > iCloud (iOS) then we are aware of a bug where we could handle having the data pulled out from under us in a much more robust way.
I shall email you shortly with the steps required to resolve this.
