    billed on 9/4/15 but no product was shipped to me [Phone number removed by AgileBits]. 1 password billed on aplitunes store

I also removed your phone number from your message because these forums are public, so it's not a good idea to post information like that here.     Now, you mentioned you purchased 1Password recently "but still have not received merchandise". Were you expecting a physical product to be delivered to your home? If so, I'm sorry for any confusion about that - 1Password is an app that you would download to your computer/device through an internet connection, so there's nothing that would be shipped to you through the mail.

    You also said you bought 1Password through the iTunes Store. If you mean that you open the iTunes app on your Mac, went to the iTunes Store, then found and downloaded 1Password from there, that is actually the iOS version of 1Password, not the Mac version. (1Password 5 for iOS is free to download though, so you wouldn't have paid anything to do that.) If you want to use 1Password on an iOS device, you can download it from the App Store on that device, or you can sync the app from iTunes on your Mac to your iOS device.

    On the other hand, if you purchased the Mac version of 1Password, you would have done so through us (via the AgileBits Store) or through Apple (via the Mac App Store). After the purchase, you should have received an email receipt either from AgileBits or from Apple, depending on where you bought it. Have you installed the 1Password app on your Mac?
