I want to get 1Password from the MAC store because of its iCloud support but couple of questions:

1 - I need the windows version as well. The 1password store has a bundle (win+mac) with a discount. How do I purchase this bundle using the MAC store?

2 - The license allows me to install 1password in my wife's laptop. How do I install 1password in my wife's mac it if I get it from the MAC store?

    Now, for specific answers to your questions:

    There are two ways to do this: if you and your wife share an Apple ID, she can download it from the "Purchases" tab of the Mac App Store. If you have separate Apple IDs, you can use Apple's Family Sharing to share purchases with family members.
