Why have I been billed twice for an upgrade?

Signed up for upgrade to 5 on this machine as I was told trial period was over. Have been billed twice on credit card. Have 4 on other machines. What is going on?

    I can't answer your billing question, but I can say that you have indeed found the quickest way to contact 1Password support. The forum is the fastest way to contact AgileBits support, so hang in there. Someone will be along soon to check up on your billing question.

    If the forum makes you uncomfortable, you can send email to support@agilebits.com. You'll get help that way too, but most likely sooner in the forum.
