1PW 3.8 to 5.0
I am on a Mac 10.10.5 trying to get rid of the extensions for firefox 39 and go to 39 or 40 and neither one of them have the available like for addons or extensions like your pictures do on this link.

Either way I do not have anything that looks like yours in firefox 39 or 40 or finding extensions.
I would send a screenshot but I do not have the option here.
When I go to firefox preferences I do not get an option for addon

If you go to the sandwich menu (the icon with 3 horizontal lines on top of each other) on the upper right of your Firefox menu, you should see the add ons icon. You can uninstall the 1Password 3 extension there.
