How can i reach a live customer service rep for support the product just purchased?

I actually replied to your original thread about a minute before you opened this new thread (and it looks like you and I were both typing replies in the other thread at the same time). I'm not sure if you saw my reply there yet, but you should have received an email notification when I posted it.
As I said there, I'm sorry we couldn't respond sooner! We do our best to reply to every post as soon as possible, but we generally work from the oldest post to the newest. Each time a new reply is added to a thread, the timestamp on that thread is updated, so each of your posts there moved your discussion back to the newest, which unfortunately meant waiting longer for a reply. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, especially since you have limited time before bring in your old iPhone for a replacement!
To avoid confusion, I'll close this thread and we'll keep the conversation going via the original discussion so we don't duplicate efforts between here and there. If you haven't already done so, please read my reply from earlier today and get back to us there when you get the chance. I'm sure we'll get this all worked out soon.
