1Password doesn't install on Windows 8.1

Hello,

I had to reinstall Windows 8.1 on my maptop. And now I cannot install One Password.

I dowmloaded and Installed the One Password file. It does open and I can see all extraction and installation going on apparentlt without any problem. Finally it asks me to reboot. And when I do it One Pasword was NOT installed and is nowhere to be found.

    Hi @brunomarion,

    Do you have a third party anti-malware tools installed? If yes, can you check its history logs to see if it deleted 1Password for you? Try to configure it to not automatically delete files but to ask for your permission first before doing so.

    Let me know how it turns out and which anti-malware solution you are using.

    I don't think I have any anti-malware. I had to "uninstall" Onepassword and re-install it and now I can use it. Thanks. Bruno.

    Thanks for the update! It sounds like there may have been some files in use the first time which prevented the installation from completing properly. I'm glad to hear it's working for you now. You should be all set, but we're here if you need us! :)
