Item count discrepancy

After sync using Dropbox I have 843 items in desktop version, and 841 in iphone version.

1Password Version: 5.3.2
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: OSX 10.10.5
Sync Type: Dropbox

    Hi @agstoryteller. Thanks for contacting us with your problem today, and welcome to the forums! Let's see what's going on here.

    First off, I'd like you to launch 1Password on your Mac, and from the menu bar, select 1Password > Preferences > Sync. In the sync panel, you should see Dropbox as the configured sync solution. Note the path to your .agilekeychain shown there. Then please launch 1Password on your iPhone. Tap Settings > Sync > Sync Service. Underneath Dropbox, you should see the sync path. Does it match what is shown on the Mac?

    If so, I'd like you to make sure your data is intact in Dropbox using 1PasswordAnywhere. To do so, log into https://www.dropbox.com in a web browser. Locate the 1Password.agilekeychain folder and open the 1Password.html file you find inside. Log in with your Master Password. Does the item count there match what's on the iPhone or the Mac?
