Can't Sync at all
Hi - I use 1Password v5.3.2 on OSX 10.10.5 and I've been reading posts about sync problems. Most seem to be about iCloud Sync but I can't sync at all. As soon as I select a location (Dropbox or Folder) and hit enter I get the warning "1Passsword Sync problem detected - update prefs". If I select Fix... my preference window reopens and Sync has been reset to none. If I ignore I get continual warnings and it doesn't sync anyway. Any ideas?

Hi @LoopCorp,
That's odd. Under normal conditions you should only see that message if the sync container (Agile Keychain or OPVault) is no longer accessible. I think we head straight to the diagnostic report and see if it shows anything obvious. This guide will assist.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums

When sending the diagnostic report to the address above it would help immensely if you could include a link to this thread and your forum handle so we can connect the two.
Once you've sent the report a post here with the ticket ID will help us to keep an eye out for it. With access to the report we should be able to better assist you :smile:
