Is someone working on this

The above error comment is what was sent to Apple. Can someone at least be courteous to tell me how long it will take for this problem to be handled? I am not impressed with the service at this point as I have a lot of things to do.

I deleted all my 1password files rebooted and now it will not even let me reload 1password.

@David Cooke Oh no! Hopefully we can get things up and running. First, have you tried repairing your disk permissions? If that doesn't work, could you try following this guide to start over with 1Password?
If things are still being wonky, sending a diagnostic report would help the support team immensely. :) Hopefully one of the above fixes works though.

If you have followed pederworth 's advice make sure to include a link to this topic in that email. After you submit it you will receive a submission receipt from the automated system.
- Please post just the confirmation/ticket number here.
I have removed the third post you submitted with the crash info, for your privacy. It didn't appear to contain any sensitive info, but better safe than sorry. I have forwarded that to the staff. The diagnostic report mentioned by penderworth is much more in depth. So please do not post its results here.
Edit:
Info removed and forwarded to the staff.
As to time frame for a solution the staff try to answer topics in the order received. Hang in there. They are great folks who answer questions often on weekends. I would offer a suggestion but I am afraid I don't have any at this point. I have seen a few crash's on 10.10.5 on the Dropbox forums as well. I cant say they are related or anything. Just making an observation.

Thank for contacting us, David! I've located your support ticket, and see that Steve has already responded to you. I'll go ahead and close this thread so the two of you can continue troubleshooting via email. Thanks!
