Since licenses are sold on a per user and per platform basis, and since iOS is a different platform from OS X, the way to get 1Password on your Mac is to buy an OS X license from the AgileBits web store or the Mac App Store. Do remember that if iCloud syncing will be important to you, your copy must come from the Mac App Store, because Apple doesn't allow access to the required protocols to apps they don't sell themselves.

License requirements are described more fully here: What licenses do I need to use 1Password on all my devices?

hawkmoth is correct. We license our software per-platform, since not everyone needs all of them, and quite frankly they can't all even be sold in the same store! I'll send you a private message with more information, so check for that. Be sure to let us know if you have any other questions! :)
