HELP!!!the website password in 1password disappeared!

sorry to interrupt...
i'm student in china and i try my best to get here to post my question. ...>_<
(please ignore my poor english level if there is something grammar mistake...)

you can see the there are many website password disappear..
this is my second time to see this problem and i guess there this something wrong i make at first

but now it is more terrible this time

and now i can't sign in those website whose password disappeared even i use ctrl + \ there is no reaction in web..

I'm sorry for the trouble! Are you by any chance syncing with 1Password for iOS? I know there have been some reports of issues with Windows language settings in some configurations.

Regarding the login issue, can you tell me the OS, browser, 1Password, and extension versions you're using?

thanks your response Brenty!!!!my emotion now is crazy.....
because of the xcodeghost hack in china , i first to use 1password yesterday but 1password should required ios9,,,,
so i udgrade my iphone5s from 8.1 to 9 yesterday

so now the configuration is

[pc]: [window 7 sp1 64bit] + [chrome 45.0.2454.93 m]

[mobile]: [iphone5s ios9] + the newest version of 1password [6.0]

so it seems that my password can't be recover?

@citian3094: Thanks for confirming! The best thing to do will be to generate a diagnostic report and send it to support+forums@agilebits.com so we can look at the logs to determine exactly what is happening:

i make an experiment
thanks god i made a backup at first !!!!!!!!!!

i change my iphone language into english and download 1password in us appstore

and then try sync between my pc and iphone

before sync , i have 34 logins account in pc

when sync completed, both my pc and iphone just get 20+(i forgot the actual number) logins account

attention !!! my pc also lose account and not the same i post problem before
(before: i just lose my password )
(now : i lose all the website account)

it is too dangerous that i decide to uninstall the app

up to now i have lost my 2 website account forever because the website manager can't give me the chance to change the password

Hi @citian3094,

I know what the problem is and we will issue an update to 1Password on Windows to fix the problem.

In the future, please do not try changing things before getting in touch with us first. There was a way to fix this but if you've reinstalled 1Password, it would've undo the chance to fix the problem.

If you want to keep using 1Password, please let me or Steve via email know and we'll explain how to fix this.

i recreated the problem and sent the report again, and i hope the report can work (haha,maybe it is too late )
