If you mean that you bought a second license for your Mac through Apple's Mac App Store, you would need to ask for a refund from Apple. They solely control sales on their store, and developers aren't even informed about who buys apps there. You can request a refund by clicking on the link in the email message that Apple sent you to Report a Problem. Apple says all sales are final, but I know from personal experience that they will issue refunds if you explain why you want it.
If you meant something else, I think we need more clarification. The Mac version of the software isn't sold through iTunes. Only the iOS version is, which is free to download and use in its basic form. It does reuireman in-app purchase to activate the more advanced Pro features, but this have nothin to do with Mac licensing.

Hi @BAMvsGAME,
As hawkmoth mentioned, Mac App Store purchases can only be refunded by Apple, and we at AgileBits can only refund purchases made through our AgileBits Store.
I've searched our sales records for the email address associated with your forum handle, and I found one Mac license which was purchased May 15 and refunded on June 12 per email request from you. So it seems we've already processed this refund. Please clarify if there's something I'm missing and we'll be happy to help. Thanks!
