Firefox will not load the 1password extension due to connection failure on agilebits
Fire fox gives this error message after I try and load the extension: "agile bits.com The add-on could not be downloaded because of a connection failure on agilebits.com" This is after it asks me to allow the extension.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: OS X 10010.5
Sync Type: iCloud

Hi @gngmunro,
Do you have any third party anti-virus installed and active on your Mac? The most likely cause we've come across is something blocking the connection. I suspect this piece of information may help discover the cause.

Thanks I will try that, although the extension loaded on Safari just fine!

Must have been the anti-virus, disabled it and the extension loaded. Thanks!

Hi @gngmunro,
I'm glad you managed to resolve it, hopefully something can be done in the future so it isn't necessary to disable the anti-virus to install our extension :smile:
