restarting on mac
What do I do with the files on my desktop after restarting? Just started over on mac by dragging the 3 files to my desktop. Restarting worked, but now I have 3 files on my desktop. Can I delete them?

Hi @ashli,
It partly depends on why you started over. If you had been playing with 1Password to see if you liked it or not and now want to remove the test copy then please do feel free to move all of those files to the Trash.
If you started over because you had forgotten your Master Password and needed to start with a fresh vault then the old files may not be of much use given they will all require the forgotten Master Password. You might want to keep them on the small off-chance that inspiration hits and you can regain access to something you had thought was lost but in all likelihood you can probably move them to the Trash without much loss.
If you started afresh for another reason and you're happy to say why we can certainly say if we think there is any value in keeping them. Mostly we suggest moving the files to your Desktop so that should something go wrong they still exist. If you're happy with your new vault and are looking forward then the files are probably of little use.
Does that help at all?

Yes, thanks.
I recently installed and used keychains to sync existing vaults. I added them in the wrong order, and I wanted to switch which vault is my primary. It sounds like I can just delete the files on my desktop and it shouldn't mess up my current set-up, is this correct?

Greetings @ashli,
I think you're definitely correct in your understanding  It sounds like you have all of your information stored elsewhere so once you have 1Password set up with the vaults in the correct order the files you moved as part of starting over will be quite redundant.
