I am running 1password 5.3 on my laptop and 3.8.22 on my Mac. The Mac says "you are up to date".

    Hi @duanedowell,

1Password 5 requires OS X 10.10 Yosemite. What version of OS X is that machine running?

    Thanks, @duanedowell.

You can download 1Password 5 for Mac from our downloads page.

I searched our sales records for licenses registered to your email address, and I found that you have multiple valid v5 licenses. Most people only need one (which can be shared with their family), so I refunded the most recently purchased one and sent your active licenses to you in a separate email. In that email, under the heading "1Password 5 for Mac," you should see a link that says "Click here to Apply Your 1Password License." After you download and set up 1Password 5, click that link. It will open a page in your default browser which automatically downloads and applies your license to 1Password. Additionally, your license file will be stored within 1Password in the Software Licenses category for future reference.

Let us know if you have any further questions! :)
