Dialogue Box Opens with.....

Every time I open up Firefox a dialogue opens up with a question mark inside a circle on a blue field, and says Password Required. Underneath it says, 'Please enter the master password for the Software Security Device.' Underneath that are the options to Cancel or OK.
The first few times I put the 1 Password Master Password in & hit OK, but then recently I tried just hitting Cancel. The box closed and I went on my merry way. So my question is, is this from 1Password? & if not, any thoughts as to where & why this box drops down each time I open Firefox?

    Hi @solitaryman1,

That prompt isn't coming from 1Password. I haven't seen it before, so I did a quick search on Google for "Please enter the master password for the Software Security Device" and it looks like that's actually part of a security feature in Firefox. I'm not familiar with that feature, what it does, or how to disable it, but I'm sure you should be able to find that easily on Google, or on the Mozilla support site here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/

Sorry I don't have much information to give you about that, but hopefully that helps to narrow it down a bit. If you have any questions about 1Password, please don't hesitate to let us know - we're here for you! :)
