Running 1 Password 5 but can't find my license. Need help to install in another Mac.

I have had 1Password since the beginning. I recently got an iMac and I'm trying to install 1Password 5. However, when I request the license with my e-mail, I only get an e-mail that shows 2 1Password 3 for Mac licenses (I must have paid for it twice :( ) and a 1Password for Windows license.

I cannot find the 1Password 5 license. My thought is that maybe I was upgraded to 1Password 5 or something. Can you please help?

    I'll leave the AgileBits people to deal with your licence question.

    But I want to ask if you intended to use a beta version. You may be comfortable with this, but if not you could uncheck "include beta builds" in the Updates section of Preferences, and revert to version 5.3.2

    I'm sorry you're having some trouble with your license! I was able to find your license information in our system when I searched for your email address. I see that you purchased an upgrade to 1Password 4 for Mac in October 2013, and 1Password 5 for Mac was a free upgrade for that. So you definitely have a license for 1Password 5, although I'm not sure why you don't see that in your email. I've resent your license info to your email, can you look through that to make sure which licenses are listed there? There should be information for 1Password 5 for Mac, and it should have a link you can click to automatically apply your license file.

    By the way, you didn't actually pay for 1Password 3 twice: You have a license for 1Password 2 for Mac, and one for 1Password 3 for Mac, but there's an issue with the license emails that labels a version 2 license as version 3. Sorry for the confusion about that! The one that starts with "1PW2" is actually your 1Password 2 for Mac license code.
