On 1Password for a card, it has a section headed Conflicts. Below which is a list with such as
I am still using 1Password version4 because untiol Apple releases an OS that is better than Yosimite, I am not upgrading from Maverick. It is bad enough.
Under Conflicts there are several entries such as fldoptions fmp26778_PAYPAL. What does this mean and is it important to me?
I never automatically fill any entries because they sites often changed and there are multiple locations to login from.

Greetings @Macanudo62,
A custom section titled Conflicts occurs when 1Password finds data has changed in both it's local copy and in the external copy, whether it's an iOS device and you're using Wi-Fi Sync or in an Agile Keychain that you sync via Dropbox. We take a cautious route as we've reached a state where we can't tell which copy contains the good information and when the outdated. So we store one version of the information in the correct location and then create a Conflicts section to store the other. In doing this we leave it up to the user to edit the item as you are in the best position to say what to keep and what can be discarded.
While you may not use filling (it's normally pretty robust, I would give it a try) is it the case that you used the extension to help create the Login item? If I had to guess that looks like a possible entry from the web form details section that describes what fields are present. I suspect that if it is then there is no data to be concerned about losing and the custom section could be safely removed.
Does that help at all?

Thanks for the feedback. I seldom use filling but will experiment by deleting the conflict info.
