I usually keep my data synched via dropbox. and it's still there. I installed 1Password on this mac, and I guess gave it a different password, in an attempt to start clean. I forgot it. Now I have all my passords available on all other machines except for this one. I just want to completely uninstall so I can reinstall and re-synch.

    Hi @watsonchad,

Sorry to hear you had a bit of trouble getting 1Password set up on a new Mac!

To reset/start over with 1Password on that Mac, just follow the steps here: How do I start over with an empty vault?

After that, the next time you open 1Password on that Mac, it will be like the first time, and you'll be able to sync your data from Dropbox. In case it helps, we describe that process in this page of our user guide.

Hopefully you're all set, but if you need more help with that, just let us know - we're here for you! :)
