Secure Note Missing Data

Hi Support,

I am experiencing an issue with 1Password on the iOS platform and I’m really hoping you all can help me out.

I had a secure note in the app on my iPhone 6 with a very important password on it. The problem i am having is that when I open the note it is now blank. There is nothing other than the title of the note. I’m not sure if its possible for you all to look back a couple months, or if you keep user logs, but if there is a way to do this I would be extremely grateful.

Please let me know if this problem can be resolved and what steps I need to take in order to retrieve the info I am requesting.

    Hi @thomas.brindley,

    I'm sorry to hear you've lost the password. Did you change your master password recently or set up a new device to sync with your 1Password data?

    Did you try to search for that password or look into the Passwords category instead of Secure Notes?

    We do not have any data, all of your data is stored locally on the device. You can choose to back up and/or sync your 1Password data to other devices.

    Can you tell me if you've ever created a backup with 1Password or sync your data with other devices?
