I was told by someone that I needed to purchase a separate license for each of my devices so I purchased three-one for my laptop, one for my desk top and one for my iphone . How can I obtain credit for the extra licenses if this info was in fact incorrect. Thank you

@mjmull4: I split you off into a separate discussion for your particular case.

I looked up your record and in fact you didn't need to buy a new license at all! Since your existing 1Password 5 license purchased last year entitles you and up to 5 family members living in the same household to use 1Password on all of your Macs.

I've refunded the full amount of your two recent purchases, and you should see this show up in your account in a matter of days.

And if it was an AgileBits response or article that somehow gave you the wrong impression about licensing, please let me know in case we need to clarify something for others in the future. Cheers! :)

Thank you! It was in fact a personal friend, not your info. I purchased the original in August of 2015 though not 2014

@mjmull4: I'm going to send you a private message and email just so we can double check to make sure your licensing is all set now, since what you're saying doesn't match what I'm seeing. Please watch for that! :)
