Funktioniert nicht auf dem Mac

Hallo

Ich habe ein problem mit ONE PassWord:

  1. Ich hatte OP auf mein Mac book geladen allerdings mein Passwort vergessen.

  2. Habe dann OP neu auf mein IPhone geladen und möchte nun OP auf meinem MAC verwenden -

  3. Beim Versuch OP auf den Mac zu installieren greift er immer auf die frühere Version zurück und akzeptiert nicht das neue Passwort.

was kann ich tun? können Sie mir helfen

    Hi Klaus ( @KJK007 ),

    If you've forgotten your Master Password, there's nothing we can do to help you get that vault open.

    But if you would like to reset 1Password and start over with an empty vault (which you can then sync with the data saved on your iPhone), then you can follow the steps in this guide:
