Question about pricing
1password on the appstore is: $49.99, when I try to buy from the website is $89.98 (2 seats)
The bundle is $125,98 (2 seats). I only need one seat, how much that would be and how can I buy it? The only available option is 2 seats.
Thanks!

Hey @kakatua! That's really strange. Could you try heading over here and clicking the Select button below Single license? https://agilebits.com/store It's the same price as the Mac App Store, but does not include the ability to use iCloud sync. If you don't need to use iCloud, you can simply purchase it through the website.
There is a Windows + Mac bundle for $69.99, but there $89.98 is a very strange number. Let me know what happens when you try that link.

For some reason it was sending me to the business store instead of the regular store, and by default apparently 2 seats are the minimum.
Thank you!0 -
Hi @kakatua,
Sorry for the mix-up! We offer volume discounts on site licenses for businesses, so that's what you were seeing. I'm glad penderworth was able to point you in the right direction for a single license!
It sounds like you're all set, but we're here for you if you need anything else. :)

I am a happy customer that uses 1Password on my Mac, iPhone, and iPad. I have a friend who is interested in obtaining a password management program. Before I make my recommendation, I need to know what the pricing is. Here's the scenario: my friend has a Windows PC, Android phone, and an iPad. I'm also trying to convince her to buy a Mac for her next computer. Is there a package that would suit her scenario? There appears to be a 40% offer available?

Hi @william_grace,
We do have a sale on right now and while I don't know when it will end we do tend to have these sales every so often. So if your friend was to miss this sale then depending on their patience they could wait for the next sale which we will publicise on the likes of Twitter and Facebook.
All the prices I'm about to (very roughly) quote are in US Dollars. The iPad would require 1Password for iOS (available only from iTunes) which currently uses the freemium model. The basic features are permanently free but should you wish the pro features it require an in-app purchase about the 10USD mark. Apple stores always display the full price in the local currency though so it will depend on where the friend is based. Android devices requires 1Password for Android (available only in the Google Play Store) and it starts off in a 30 day trial. After the 30 days I believe it enters a read-only mode until after an in-app purchase which I assume is in the same area as 1Password for iOS. The last time I tried to check it wouldn't show me a price, possibly because I don't own an Android device myself.
Now we do treat each platform separately so if your friend intended to use the Windows machine for a period of time and then purchase a Mac it would mean purchasing both 1Password for Mac & Windows. They could purchase 1Password for Windows now and then purchase 1Password for Mac later at a discounted price using the 1Password for Windows licence. This will mean they don't commit to a licence they don't need right now without penalising them by missing out on the bundle discount. These prices are on our AgileBits Store page and are in USD for all customers. If you're Canadian there will be an additional sales tax but I believe you're accustomed to this already. If they ignore Mac for now and do so during the sale I think it would be less than 50USD for the two mobile devices and Windows.
Normally I would say try the free version of 1Password for iOS and make use of the trial period in both 1Password for Android and 1Password for Windows. They would likely miss out on this particular sale though so there's a bit of a gamble there. If they think they want to use it and like the look then I'd say grab it while it's at 40% off as, well why not?
Does this help at all?
