licence to 1password not able to add
I have used 1password for years, yet today it is asking for a licence key.
I have a key but the email link takes me to download 1password again. The package under Mac if I select 1password and then licence opens a pop up. The options for trial expired are: buy now or add licence. If I click add licence I am redirected to download again. I have checked updates and are up to date.
I don't know if it is a licence issue however, when I just created this log in for Agile bits it has autosaved it but it will not allow me to edit a log in for another site as that is when it comes up with trial expired.

Hi @swellshark,
I searched our sales records by your email address and I only found a license for 1Password 3 for Mac. 1Password 4 and 5 use the same license, but a 4/5 license is a paid upgrade from v3.
If you'd like to buy the license for version 5, you can enter your v3 key in our store for an excellent upgrade discount.
If you'd like to revert to v3 to continue using your existing license, you can download the app from the Legacy section of our Downloads page.
