What to delete?
I downloaded and used the free 1Password. Later I purchased 1Password 5. Now, when I try to open either, it says we've got a problem. On my desktop is a yellow keyhole labeled " BuddyHarp-cc9e77...license" and another keyhole with a blue circle around it. It is labeled 1Password5. There is no 1Password in my Download file. I do not know which to delete. I also need instructions on how to use the program I purchased. I could handle the free download but now everything seems changed.

Hi @Dumbo465,
Thanks for your purchase! It sounds like you may be encountering the "Trial Expired" notice, in which case you'll just need to apply the license to the app. Like putting a key in the lock, the app doesn't know the license is there until you apply it.

This is the license file!

This is the 1Password application!
First, open the application. If you haven't already set it up, this user guide should help you get started.
Once the application is set up, double-click the gold (or yellow, if you please) license file. It should apply itself to the 1Password application and unlock the app.
Let us know how that goes for you! We're here to help if you have any other questions. :)
