Hi,

I'm using buddhist calendar with my mac. I cannot add date to any date field. Please see the example below.

Would you please help me solve this problem?

Thank,
Chira

  • Hi @chira,

I'm running the 5.3 in 10.10.5 just like you are but unfortunately I'm struggling to reproduce this issue. I did notice that yours goes dd/mm/y while mine shows the more normal dd/mm/yyyy and I can't explain that. Have you made any custom alterations to how dates are displayed beyond simply changing the calendar from Gregorian to Buddhist? The only other thing I can think to suggest is to see if the issue persists after a reboot. Please do keep us updated as clearly there is a problem but at the moment it isn't clear how to recreate.

    Hi @littlebobbytables,

This is my Language & Region configuration.

When I change calendar to Gregorian the problem gone.

    Regards,
    Chira

    Hi @chira,

I tried changing my region to Thailand and my calendar to Buddhist and I still wasn't able to replicate your issue. I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac so I can take a look at your configuration and see if I can figure out why you cannot select a date. You will find instructions below:

    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.html

Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

A short note here once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
