I saved to iCloud. I don't remember the Master password and cannot delete it.I want to delete it.
I need assistance with an issue- for which I can't find tech support or any explanation on the Blog/Knowledge Base.
When I first set up a trial database in 1Password, I saved it to iCloud Drive. Now I want to start my 'real" data set and I want to delete the "trial run" from iCloud- but I cannot delete it. I don't remember the Master Password to it- it was my 'scrap work'- and so cannot get into it.
I am not concerned with getting into it or recovering it- I just need to delete it.

Hey @MPisapia! You should be able to accomplish this by following the instructions in the Removing data from iCloud article without the use of your Master Password. If you can't, another option is to simply right-click the vault in iCloud Drive and select Move To Trash. Let me know if this helps!

Hi @MPisapia,
I hope penderworth's answer helped! One thing I wanted to mention is that iCloud is just used to sync your 1Password vault, so that's just a copy of the data which is stored locally on your Mac. If you want to start over with a new vault on the same Mac where you had previously been using 1Password, you'll also need to remove that local database. We have steps to do that here: How do I start over with an empty vault?
If you need more help with that or anything else, just let us know. :)
